so I just recieved my 50mm 1.4 in the mail and LOVE it already! I played around with it in my living room, with crappy lighting. It amazing that once you learn manual, and figure out how to make some custom presets.. then you can pretty much handle any lighting situation.. Usually for a shoot, I would alway use flash, but I just wanted to find out what it would look like to go about my day and be creative with the lighting I was given. And yes, I did bring my camera to a restaurant, and yes I think people were jealous.. :)
