I did not take these photos. Can you believe that my husband did? Don't we make a great team?

So here's the story: I totally wanted to take Jase's senior photos, but I got this crazy idea. Why doesn't my huband, Andrew, practice and take them? I wanted him to get more experience anyways. He usually helps me out at weddings doing the guys, getting ready and the candids anyways. But I know that working one-on-one with someone could be a new challenge for him.

Jase was a great sport, battling over 100 degree weather to get these pictures. Oh, by the way, you can't even tell because he looks so sharp, but he was sweating bullets!

We know Jase from church. My kids call him "Mr. Jase." It's so cute.

The thing that I love about him, is that he is so great with kids and loves sharing his talents and musical abilities everywhere he goes. You name an instrument, he plays it, or at least he's been interested in playing it.

I remember when we went to my house to look at the pictures, my husband asked him to record a quick clip to be on the background of his slide show, you can see it here:

And in five minutes, he had created the most beautiful song!

We've known Jase for three years now. I love seeing him grow into a mature Man of God. I can't wait to see what the future holds for him!
