When you don’t have “talent”

I never went to school to run a business- I had to teach my self everything that I needed to know - years of hard work, struggle, tears and victories.

I usually don’t have the best “technique” or the terminology or methods like other pros

I might not have the gear or technology like Ike other pros - but I do have heart.

I might not be able to change my equipment or experience- but I can work with people. .

.

I can be humble, I can be teachable, I can work harder than anyone I know- I can compliment people- make them feel good- I can show up early and stay late. I can listen to my clients.

All these things are “free” - they are easy and don’t require any extra education or money.

That’s how my business can grown through the years- not through traditional “talent” - but through grit, honesty, passion and heart.
